The Essanté Worldwide Two - Team Approach Compensation Plan:

The Essanté Worldwide Two-Team Approach Compensation Plan is a system in which you build balanced left-side and right-side downline organizations for the purpose of selling Essanté Worldwide's nutritional and personal care products. The weekly commissions you earn are based on the balanced Group Sales Volume (GSV) accumulated in your left-side and right-side downline organizations.

Essanté Worldwide Business Centers are designed to pay you weekly commissions on sales volume with no limit to the number of levels from which you can earn your commissions. In addition, a Essanté Worldwide Business Center allows you to be paid on the sales volume created by your downline Associates and Preferred Customers.

Another powerful advantage of Essanté Worldwide's program is that there are no monthly group volume requirements.

The income you receive from Essanté Worldwide will be in direct proportion to your ability to retail Essanté Worldwide products to your customers, as well as your ability to build an organization of Associates who, like you, retail to their customers and build an organization of Associates.

You activate your Business Center by completing an Associate Application and Agreement, purchasing a Business Web Site ($29.95) and generating 150 points of Personal Sales Volume (PSV).

A. Fast Start

There are two ways to qualify for Fast Start Bonuses:

1) Purchase one of Essanté Worldwide Fast Start Packages (100 points) or (300 points) and maintain a minimum 50 points of PSV. Thereafter, every time you sell a Fast Start Package you will receive a $50.00 bonus for the Fast Start Package or $100.00 bonus for the Fast Start Business Builders Package. Depending on what Fast Start Package an Associate purchases,  a total of (100 points) or (300 points) will follow that Associate anywhere you place them in your organization;   or,

2) Personally generate 150 points in Business Volume every month for 3 consecutive months and you now qualify to earn a $50.00 bonus for the sale of a Fast Start Package or $100.00 bonus for each sale of a Fast Start Business Builders Package that you make.

B. Generate Personal Sales Volume (PSV) by enrolling Preferred Customers, referring customers to your web site, and ordering products for your personal use and for your retail customers. For your Business Center the volume may come from a single order or be accumulated over time.

C. Generate sales of Essanté Worldwide product worth 100 points of Personal Sales Volume (PSV) for your Business Center for personal use and resale every four weeks.

How Business Centers work to provide income for you...

As you begin to build your downline, your Business Center gives you leveraged income from group volume.

With your Business Center, as you enroll Associates you place them in open positions in your organization always remembering to keep the left and right sides balanced. A unique aspect of Essanté Worldwide's Two-Team Approach Compensation Plan is that you and everyone in your upline are able to build your downline organization because new Associates are always added downline. This structure creates a synergy wherein everyone benefits when new Associates are added. This translates into faster growth for you and for those in your organization.

If you choose to personally enroll more people in Essanté Worldwide, you would place them in an open position anywhere in your organization, which in turn will help everybody's success. Plus, while you enroll individuals in your sales organization, someone in your upline may also enroll an Associate and position him or her on the left or right side of your Business. However, your success in Essanté Worldwide comes by enrolling people on your left and right sides, sharing the products with others, and teaching them to do the same.

    Retail Associate: A Retail Associate joins the network by completing the Associate Application and Agreement and purchasing a Business Website for $29.95. The Retail Associate may then purchase unlimited quantities of product from the company at wholesale prices, which the Associate can then sell at retail prices, for example: Retail associates purchase "Power-Pops" for $15.00 and sell for a suggested retail of $24.95. There is no requirement for a Retail Associate to enroll other Associates or to purchase product.

    Qualifying Manager: A Retail Associate qualifies to become a Qualifying Manager after generating sales worth 150 points of PSV for three consecutive months. Alternatively, an Applicant may immediately become a Qualifying Manager by purchasing a Fast Start package (150 points) and the Business Website at enrollment.

    QM's who personally enroll other QM's are given a $50 bonus on the enrolling Qualifying Manager's Fast Start Package purchase. To maintain Qualifying Manager status, the Associate must generate 50 points of PSV each month. A Qualifying Manager earns 5% commission of the sales on the Pay line (the side with the lowest volume).

    Manager: A Qualifying Manager who maintains 100 points of PSV per month becomes a Manager and earns a 10% commission of the sales on the Pay-Line Side of their organization, up to a maximum of $500.00 per day. The remainder of the volume on the Power Line will not flush. The volume will accumulate and grow week after week.

    Silver Executive: A Manager with two Managers personally enrolled in their organization, (One on their A Team and one on their B Team), becomes a Silver Executive. A Silver Executive earns a 10% commission of the sales on the Pay-Line of their organization. A Silver Executive also qualifies for a 25 percent (25%) bonus of the commisions paid to ALL of their personally enrolled Associates.

    Gold Executive: A Silver Executive who personally enrolls at least four Silver Executives anywhere in their organization becomes a "Gold Executive" and earns a 10% commission on the Pay line. A Gold Executive also qualifies for a 50 percent (50%) bonus of the commisions paid to ALL of their personally enrolled Associates.

    NOTE: Personally enrolled associate can be located anywhere in your organization to qualify you for the commission/bonus payout.

    Platinum Executive: A Gold Executive who personally enrolls at least four Gold Executives and four Managers, earns a 10% commission on the Pay line. A Platinum Associate qualifies for a 100 percent (100%) bonusof the commisions paid to ALL of their personally enrolled Associates.

    As you can see from the information above, while there is no requirement for an Associate to enroll other Associates or to buy product, there are significant financial incentives to do so.

    NOTE: It is possible and even probable, that your organization may include individuals enrolled by others because of the fact that you may only have 2 positions available on your front line. Should this occur, you will earn a commission on their sales.

    IMPORTANT: To ensure the maximum commission possible, it is important to have an organization that is balanced. As commissions are based on that side of your organization with the lowest volume, you want to manage your organization to keep both sides of your organization balanced - so there is only a small difference between the volume generated by each side of your organization. All Essanté Worldwide Associates can access the "Back Office" section on your website which allows you to view/manage your organization (to balance your organization), view your compensation earned and order product.

    Personal Sales Volume points (“PSV”) are comprised of all purchases that an Associate personally makes from the company as well as purchases made through the Associate's web site and purchases made by the Associate's Preferred Customers. The more people that you refer to your web site and the more Preferred Customers that you enroll, the easier it is for you to meet your monthly PSV requirements.
